Due to the nature of digital and technical services, refunds and cancellations are handled differently from physical products. Please review the policy below before purchasing any of our services.
Cancellation Requests
Clients may request a project cancellation within 3 days of payment, provided that no significant work has started on the project.
If development or design work has already begun, cancellation may still be requested, but the refund will be adjusted based on the work already completed.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

The project has not yet started.

The service cannot be delivered due to technical limitations on our side.

The project was canceled before any substantial development work had begun.
Refunds may not be granted if:

The project has already been completed or delivered.

The work matches the agreed project scope.

Delays are caused by the client (late feedback, missing materials, etc.).

The client's requirements change after work has started.
Project Revisions & Fixes
If there are any issues with the delivered work, we encourage clients to contact us so we can review and resolve them.

Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:

Completed project milestones

Digital assets or files already delivered
Because these services involve custom work and development time, refunds cannot be issued once work has been completed.
Project Scope Changes
If the client requests changes beyond the original project scope, additional charges may apply.
Scope changes do not qualify for refunds, but we will work with the client to adjust timelines and pricing accordingly.
Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:

The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
